Returns

  1. If you are not entirely satisfied with the product purchased, you can return it to us within 3 days (WAVE PERIOD) of receiving your item.

  2. Should the customer wish to return a product to us, for either an exchange or a refund, he/she will be responsible for return/exchange shipping fees.

  3. We only offer refunds within the stated (WAVE PERIOD). No extensions will be granted to the customer after the WP has passed.

  4. Only unworn items can be exchanged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept your exchange request if the item is not in its original condition as received.

  5. Only products that are damaged, faulty, or ill-fitting are eligible for exchange.

  6. Customers who qualify for a refund should allow a minimum of five business days to receive the refund.

  7. We will only process the exchange once we have assessed the returned item.

  8. Exchange items may take longer to be shipped back to the customer due to the quality and condition assessment from our team.

  9. Please allow a minimum of five business days to receive an exchanged item.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

  1. The following items shall not be returned or exchanged for hygienic and health reasons. “Sale products are also not eligible for returns and exchange)

  2. Underwear (Bras and panties)

  3. Lingerie

  4. Bodysuits & Swimsuits

  5. Body shapers
